For HUP and Volume license versions, Office Professional Plus includes Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, Publisher, access. There should be no need to purchase standalone app. Both Office Professional Plus 2019 HUP and Volume license versions are installed by click-to-run. The .img file is not a official way from Microsoft to install
To comply with the license terms you have to uninstall Office from the "old" computer before you can install and activate it on the "new" computer. . Unfortunately there are 2 issues you face. One is that the uninstall process does not actually contact the MS Activation system to tell them the uninstall has happened.
